About VIP
At ordinary online casinos or betting sites, everyone gets the same benefits. But ax999 believes that those who play regularly and stay loyal to the platform deserve something special. That's the thinking behind the ax999 VIP Club.
This program is a rewards system where the more time you spend and the more you bet, the more points you earn. Based on those points, you're automatically promoted to higher VIP tiers and unlock new benefits. From Bronze all the way to Diamond — each tier has its own unique rewards waiting.
The best part of the ax999 VIP Program is that it's completely automatic. No separate application, no complicated requirements. Just keep playing, earn points, and move up tier by tier.
At ax999, you earn a set number of VIP points for every specific amount wagered. Points accumulate across all categories — slots, sports betting, live casino. Certain special events or promotions also offer double points.
Accumulated points serve two purposes — first, they determine your VIP tier; second, you can convert these points into bonus or real cash. Higher-tier members can convert points at better rates.
Ax999 VIP members receive a special bonus on their birthday. The amount varies based on your VIP tier — for Diamond members, it's one of the biggest rewards of the year.
Ax999 regularly hosts VIP-exclusive tournaments and challenges where only VIP members can participate. These events offer prize pools significantly larger than regular tournaments, and with fewer competitors, your chances of winning are higher.
Every month there's a special leaderboard challenge where members earning the most points receive big cash prizes. Plus, seasonal events and special promotions during major cricket or football tournaments—all these keep the ax999 VIP member experience fresh and exciting year-round.
Register and start earning VIP points from day one. The sooner you start, the faster you'll reach higher tiers.

Ax999 VIP cashback is automatically credited to your account every Monday. It's calculated based on your total net loss from the previous week. For example, if you're at Gold tier and lost BDT 5,000 last week, you'll receive BDT 600 cashback at the 12% rate.
Cashback is credited directly to your main wallet, and there's no wagering requirement to use it. You can play with it or withdraw it immediately.
Ax999 VIP tiers are reviewed every three months. If your points fall below the required threshold during that period, you may drop to a lower tier. However, this rule only applies to active gameplay.
Diamond tier members have special protection policies — once you reach Diamond, you won't easily lose your tier. ax999 honors its most loyal members.
You can convert your accumulated VIP points into bonus balance. The conversion rate varies by tier — each point is worth more at higher tiers. Diamond members can convert points at the most favorable rate with no monthly limit.
Alongside point conversion, you can join special point boost events where playing selected games earns you double or triple points.
Members at Gold tier and above receive a dedicated account manager. This manager resolves all your queries and issues, creates custom bonus offers, and works to enhance your gaming experience.
Diamond members' managers are available 24/7 and use your preferred method of communication. ax999 believes the best members deserve the best service.
